The ski bus transfers to Ortisei and Val Gardena slopes were extremely convenient, making it easy for us to enjoy a day of skiing. The hotel itself was fantastic, with free WiFi, a great restaurant, and a children's playground that kept our kids entertained for hours.
My wife says that it would have been great if there were more organized activities for children.

Had a wonderful Easter holiday at this mountain hotel. Loved the clean and comfortable room with a nice balcony that had an amazing view of the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of food choices and great quality. It was fantastic to have a ski room, which was very handy to store our sports equipment. the staff was very friendly and provided wonderful service throughout our stay.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, making the room a bit hot during the night. We had to open the balcony door which meant traffic noise from the nearby street.

Celebrating New Year's Eve was a great experience! the heated pool with an amazing view was definitely the best part of my stay. I loved the fact that they offered tea, water flavored with lemon, and fruit near the pool. the breakfast was rich and diverse with everything possible, and the dinner with a salad buffet, soup, and two courses were delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. the location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the bus station to Ortisei.
My room faced the street, which was quite noisy at times, making it difficult to sleep. the lack of a screen door made it impossible to keep the flies out during meals.

We had an incredible stay at Andechserhof & Mountain Sky! the room was cozy and tidy, with a beautiful view. the staff was very welcoming and provided us with useful advice. the hotel had great facilities including a well-equipped gym, a busy but enjoyable pool, sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. We opted for half board and it was well worth it - the food was delicious with a new menu each evening. Plus, we received the Sudtirol mobil card and a pass for the Seiser Alm cable car as guests. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and hiking trails. We would love to stay here again!
Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.
